TOURNAMENT MAGNAGEMENT SEMINAR REPORT

Under the aegis of the CCA Villahermosa Training Centre was held at Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 21-26th, covered with the CCA CACDEC budget giving the Argentina Federation free accomdoation and meals for all participants and lecturers.

The Seminar was conducted by IA: Santiago Garcia from Mexico, comprising the Swiss Manager program, The Swiss 55 one and the reporting of events valid for titles or rating to FIDE. The introduction to the Seminar was explained by IA. Jorge Vega

The aim of the Seminar was to improve the reports due to the problem some Federations have in handling the actual method.

Arbiters from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay attended the Seminars:
